FREE, EASY, NO-HASSLE, 14-DAY RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we hope you will consider "gifting" your mis-sized Boliver Bloom™ gear to an amazing girl or woman in your life—and please share our mission with her.


EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange your new Boliver Bloom™ gear for the item you want, is to return the unwanted item you received, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. Again, we hope you will consider "gifting" your  Boliver Bloom™ exchanges to an amazing girl or woman in your life—and please share our mission with her.

 

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your Boliver Bloom™ order when it arrives and contact us immediately if any items are defective or damaged. We will gladly assist in making it right.

To be eligible for our free, easy, no-hassle return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at greetings@boliverbloom.com. Upon receiving your return request, we’ll send you a link for a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received your Boliver Bloom™ return. The amount you paid will be automatically refunded to your original payment method in approximately 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your return and you have not received payment, please email greetings@boliverbloom.com.
